Repeatedly pay for meet and greet and always left waiting around arrivals at the airport calling them to ask where the driver is. Delay for the driver to pick me up is between 30 minutes to my last (and final trip using them) of an hour-and-a-half. UPDATE: Not fake nor a competitor just a bad customer experience (and not the only one left).

Quote one price then charge a more expensive one later. No doubt the owner will respond with his usual 'fake review' - you decide who to believe. At least they've got one 5 star review, oh just noticed that's their own review!! And true to form - the owner claims it to be a fake review!!! Plenty of good trustworthy companies out there you can use, and to quote the owner when he was told he had lost a customer due to his inconstant charging - ' I don't care, I've got plenty of customers'. Well looks like your customer base will only ever get smaller with that sort of attitude towards customer service.
