Go when it opens- was served straight away. Good customer service I thought.

I have rarely found a business as great as this one at being bad. 30min wait in line to be greeted by an extra from the Adams family who could not have been less interested if his life depended on it.

The worst Post Office I've ever had to use. Even with no queue, you'd be better off driving to Haddenham, Long Crendon, Chinnor, Stone, or Little Milton. Zero customer service, and even the most minor query is met with the slowest and unhelpful answer. I get that they are understaffed, but they would be better off closed than dragging the Post Office name through the mud. I only hope it improves when the whole shop is rebranded.
