It has been an absolute pleasure working with Rob from start to finish. From the moment we first got in contact we could tell Rob really cared about his role in ensuring he captured our wedding in the best way possible. We first met over Zoom where we had a chat about what we had in store, and a bit about how we met. We hit it off from there! Rob is extremely personable and very easy to get on with. We then met in London a few weeks before the wedding to carry out a pre-wedding shoot in the surrounding area of our venue. My wife and I aren't a couple who like taking couples shots and so were a tad apprehensive at first. Rob made the whole experience a joy, we had a lot of fun and the pictures were stunning. Easily the best shots we've ever had taken of us. In the days building up to our wedding there were several train strikes/road closures/protests (it is London after all) but Rob was on it before we even noticed and had made his own plans to get to the venue. We really appreciated this as it took so much stress off our plate. On the day Rob greeted us at the venue and never stopped snapping. He was never intrusive and always made sure we had time as a couple to be together. Becky, Rob's wife, also attended on the day to help out and was a joy to work with too. The end result - an album that captured the very heart of the day. Seeing the photos for the first time made us feel like we were back there on the day. We are so pleased with Rob's work that choosing our favourites was a good problem to have. We cannot thank Rob enough for his work on our wedding. He's captured moments we'll look at with joy for the rest of our lives. Cheers to you, Rob. All the best!

We approached Rob to do some corporate photography for our website. He listened carefully to what we were after and came up with a plan for a photoshoot. He found a venue for us and arranged the shoot to fit around us. On the day, Rob was brilliant. He was professional and friendly, putting everyone at ease for their photos. He took his time, ensuring he got all the shots we needed. He made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience for all involved. The photos are perfect and our website is now looking fab too! Rob Wheal Photography provides impeccable service. The experience of working with Rob to capture our wedding was painless he is an absolute gem! His amazing sense of humour ensured he was a hit amongst our family and friends but nothing speaks louder than the quality of his work: we were thrilled to receive our photos and album which exceeded all of our expectations. For any camera-shy people out there: neither myself or my husband like to be the centre of attention and we certainly do not like to have our photo taken! But Rob with his friendly, professional manner put us at ease and captured the joy of our day beautifully. We are absolutely thrilled with the wonderful wedding album we received from Rob. As well as being so pleased with the result, we are very impressed with the friendly professionalism we were always shown. On the day itself, Rob and Becky were courteous, respectful and pleasant at the Church and with everyone involved. They blended in so well that we would forget that they were there. One of the many things that we really appreciated was their keenness to achieve the best possible result, putting great care and thought into each photograph and making clever use of the surroundings.
