        Great pharmacy. Jo who serves at the front desk is always so incredibly friendly and helpful.

        This pharmacy never opens on time. We are not talking a couple of minutes here and there. We are talking 20 to 30 minutes at times. Contry to the hours displayed they close for lunch between 13:00 and 14:00. Again, they never open on time.

        Staff do the best they can to get help and serve sadly the overwhelming amount of customers delays them and causes them to fall behind too much. Ended up waiting 20-30 mins just for 1 bit of medication when there was me and 2 other customers. Not the staffs fault, just lack of them

        The staff are fantastic and always willing to help. However, they are always overwhelmed by the number of people, with queues all the way to the car park - even without covid restrictions. They seem to be sharing a pharmacist with the branch in the town centre. This means that you can turn up at the pharmacy and find it unexpectedly closed, shifting all your plans. Hopefully it's a stop-gap measure.
