Accessible Orthodontics

Our initial experience was very good. However. We recently recieved a letter from Accessible Orthodontics informing us they would no longer be carrying out the NHS treatments and that my daughters treatment would be picked up by the next provider. As yet to be named. We have been waiting for over a year and my daughters treatment was due to be carried out before the end date of their contract. I have tried calling David Zollo to discuss her treatment and he has not called back. I understand their contract has come to an end but I have a question regarding the end date and am unable to discuss this. This is a shame because the staff seem very nice and my daughter was expecting to have the treatment completed. I'd like to add. That David kindly called me yesterday afternoon and explained the situation. Thanks very much for that.

Professional and kind. Helpful reception staff at Thame and Oxford and willing to see and take on a patient in difficult circumstances and it is greatly appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant! We had an emergency when my daughter lost one of her retainers on holiday. When we got back her teeth had moved, but the orthodontist (Ruby, Thame Branch) was fantastic! She got a scan arranged, and had that scan modified so the new retainer would be *minus* any teeth movements. She then arranged for it to be made at top priority. The retainer was ready the next day! A real life saver as my daughter was distraught after thinking her perfect post-braces teeth might be lost forever! Her teeth are once-again perfect!
