I can't recommend Biagio enough. Anna looked after every aspect of my request to combine two necklaces into one and Stephen has taken my rough idea and created the most beautiful drop pendant. I'm absolutely delighted.

We have been going to Biagio for many years, because of the quality of their work, and the consistent standards of service from the team. When we wanted a special piece making for my wife, Biagio was the natural choice. On this occasion, Anna guided us through the entire process. We were given the fullest possible information, and offered an array of choices. Anna offered the benefit of her expertise, but at no stage did we feel even the slightest degree of pressure, or a desire to up-sell. All the decisions were ours but they were the better for having Anna to help us. The finished product was even better than we had dared anticipate, which is a rare thing nowadays. Dealing with Anna and all her colleagues has been a delight, and Biagio can be justifiably proud. Absolutely flawless, and a model of how things should be done.

I took a watch in to replace battery. Staff could not get the back off and sent it to repair depot. They came back to me and said the watch needed repair and quoted a cost of several hundred pounds. I did not accept this and asked to have the watch back. Four weeks after leaving the watch it came back. I took it to another jeweller close by. They put a new battery in and the watch worked

Second visit to Biagios. As frequent visitors to Italy and family ties to the county I am quite picky. Both visits to Biagios have been excellent with delicious quality food and really excellent service. Its such a godsend to have them on our doorstep.
