        After having a very bad experience with my XF at another garage , Ian was a breath of fresh air , he is honest , experienced and genuinely a nice man . His knowledge on Jaguar is second to none , I worked for Ford Motor Company as an Electrical/Electronic Engineer for 7 years and know cars at a high level , Ian is not a chancer , he is passionate coupled with the fact being qualified as a Master Jaguar Technician , you would need your head testing if you took your Jaguar any where else
