Carmichael's Vaping

Great vape shop. Yasmin is very knowledgeable and always happy to help & advise. The shop has a good selection of oils, nic shots/salts and coils with a good selection of vaping hardware for everyone from beginners to experienced vapers. Their loyalty scheme and great staff will keep me going back there even though other vape shops are closer to me.

I've always found vape shops to have some of the best customer service in retail and Carmichael's in Thame does not disappoint! Yas was fantastic in talking me through the different options, very knowledgeable and relatable, the entire experience was brilliant. Thanks so much for your help today and will most certainly be back.

I've been vaping around 10 years and tried pretty much every vape shop in Oxfordshire. This place is by far the worst. The staff at the weekend are absolutely useless and are only educated on disposable vapes. Maybe I've had bad luck with staffing, but I've been there 3 times and every time I have been genuinally shocked at how poor the knowledge, customer service and stock levels are. Seems to me some Elf bar smokers have decided to open a vape shop knowing nothing whatsoever about vaping. Never again!!
