Disappointing customer service from a female till assistant today who essentially tried to mark up an item I was about to buy, in front of me. Not sure why she bothered because the item was of low value, but her behaviour came across as unscrupulous and slightly offensive. Will continue to donate to the charity but hope they invest more in staff training or Ill avoid their shops.

As with all charity shops they are only able to sell what is provided to them by their supporters. The shop is well laid out and there is a good variety of items for sale. There is a neat little book section at the rear of the shop where books can be bought at bargain prices.
