What a super company to deal with. Very efficient, and friendly staff who kept us informed at every stage. Sold our bungalow in two days and achieved the full asking price Would thoroughly recommend them.

A very unprofessional outfit. A fee was agreed to sell my property through their Thame branch, there was an issue with the sale which fell through at an agreed rate. They maintained the 'special' rate did not apply to the subsequent sale and charged me an extra 1/2% and refused to honour the original agreed rate which cost me several thousand. All they are interested in is a quick buck, screwing their customers at the same time. It was a difficult time and they didn't care a jot. In answer to your reply - let me assure you this is not a fake review and it was Hamnett Hayward Thame I sold through - Simon was the lead. You throwing the integrity card shows exactly what you are like and saying stop hiding behind my computer screen says it all - rude and unprofessional. For your information I have no desire to talk to such an unprofessional outfit and it was from some years ago - I don't wish to waste my time discussing this any further with you. The agreement was a reduction on your usual fees and I won't mention what it was as that would be disclosing commercially sensitive information as you appreciate I am sure you wouldn't want me to air - I called it a deal but it was an agreement. Needless to say what I say is the truth. The experience in fact has put me off estate agents for life.

We gave Hamnett Hayward a big challenge. We sold our house on the 2nd viewing, it was torrential rain but still Simon L showed up with a smile on his face. Our buyers wanted to be in for the start of the new school year which was only 8 weeks away at the time. Suffice to say that with a lot of effort on all sides, and a commitment from all sides to work all hours, pushing solicitors and trying to find a removal company that would do long distance during the busiest month of the year, we completed in just under 6 weeks. Simon L has so much knowledge when it comes to buying and selling homes, he has the ability to tap into the right contacts to pull everything together and does it with a smile on his face. I always knew who the best agents were in the area, and this just proved true. Hamnett Hayward arent just about the money, they genuinely want to delight everyone they move. Thank you for everything.
