Best guitar shop Ive ever visited. Heartbroken that is shut, but website is still working.

I went in there today and both me and partner were struck by how unfriendly the guy was. (Dont know if this was Phil or some other staff.) Shame really, because the premises are quite pleasant, you could enjoy shopping there if the guy wasnt such a nob. I expect many of you know the type; aloof, jaded, snobby. Funny thing is the shop was empty if l worked there ld make conversation with people just to avoid getting bored! Ill never buy from somewhere so unfriendly, they just dont care about the customer it seems, so l dont imagine theyd be inclined to guide to towards the right instrument, or offer good after-sales service either.

Incredible selection, knowledgeable staff, a rare gem in Thame that definitely should never be missed by anyone!

I contacted them to enquire about a particular guitar and the response was very swift and extremely helpful. I'm still pondering the potential purchase (and wearing out the calculator app on my phone) but I just felt the need to give praise where praise is due, for the excellent service so far.
