I have found being coached by David extremely helpful during a very stressful time in a new role. It has been a new experience to be a coachee and not a coach. David is exactly what I needed from a coach - empathetic and challenging and his depth of skills and experience is clear in our sessions. It will just be difficult to end my programme.

I have been working with David now for over a year and I cannot thank him enough for all of his guidance and support during this time. He is a great mentor, listener and was very good in helping me to open up on all sorts of topics. I didnt think I would but I did and that is all down to Davids warm, always constructive and engaging approach. I cannot recommend David enough, the person I am today is in a much more positive state of mind than a year ago and I am excited to open the next chapter of my life.

During my positive and successful sessions with David, he allowed me to fully understand what career path I wanted to follow and the next stages that were needed to in order to achieve my goal. There was a strong sense of care and understanding as I felt relaxed and was able to dive deeper into what I really wanted reflecting on many aspects of my career so far. I would highly recommend David as his coaching was excellent for me.
