What incredible service we have had from the whole deco glaze team.. From start to finish we have had impeccable service. Office staff were very efficient and helpful and the fitters were super clean, tidy and very helpful... We could not praise this company enough and would have no trouble in recommending them

Excellent product and fantastic attention to detail fitters. Would be 5 stars if I'd been made aware I had to remove sockets and extractor before fitting. Crazy really as you are told to have all fittings finished for accurate measuring, but then told to remove them before installation. Company says not all fittings require this so doesn't spell it out - not impressed! Allow extra cost to do this and good luck getting your kitchen fitters back!

Brand new bathroom ruined by Deco Glaze and the worst customer service imaginable We had a mirror splashback fitted behind our bathroom cabinets. Issue 1 - The first mirror was made in the wrong colour - it was matt and therefore not a mirror at all. This only came to light an hour before it was due to be installed and therefore we had taken time off work etc for no good reason. We had been waiting months due to lockdown and our plasterboard was becoming damaged - we were told that they would usually fit the wrong colour and then stick the correct one on top once it was made, but they wouldn't be able to as it was too tight behind our tap for two mirrors. Issue 2 - A few weeks later the mirror in the correct colour was installed. It transpired that the fitter had measured this incorrectly and a panel of our bathroom furniture no longer fitted. Issue 3 - A second site visit was arranged (our third day off work) and the installer showed up at 7am rather than 8am, which was an unpleasant surprise Issue 4 - Despite previously being told that there was no room for two mirrors to be stuck, this was now what the installer was proposing. We were to fit the bathroom panel that had been cut and install another bit of glass on top of the first. We were told by three members of staff it would be impossible & a health and safety hazard to now remove the incorrectly measured panel. Issue 5 - The second panel was installed and alas there was not enough room. Our tap no longer fully opens without banging the glass. Issue 6 - We complained to Deco Glaze about this, got absolutely no response until we took it to the Managing Director, who then passed it to others, who then failed to respond to any of our issues. They made an appointment for both panels to be smashed out and triggered production of a fourth mirror without any consultation with us at all. Their response was "we sent an appointment confirmation to your bathroom company" ARE YOU JOKING!?!?!?! Issue 7 - (THE WORST BIT OF ALL) The final outcome was that they would smash out both panels, and install a new, correctly measured one. WE COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS - How could they not smash out one but now they were reassuring us they could smash out two!?!?!?!?!?! Were we seriously meant to trust them to smash out two mirrors when it was such a high risk of damage and health and safety to smash out one? Never mind the fact we have lost any inch of trust in them by now Issue 8 - The staff were least helpful, accepted no responsibility and did not offer anything to compensate us for the service and horrendous product we received I would never, ever, trust this company to finish a brand new bathroom or kitchen. For such a small detail, we have ruined a bathroom that we have spent 1,000s on. I will be glad not to give them any money in the future and as a Plumber who specialises in fitting bathrooms I will warn every customer and contact not to go near this company with a barge pole.
