The Rycote Practice

My number blocks unknown number calls so I called back immediately and the receptionist was not so rude but cold. She read my number back which I acknowledged then said ah well youve gone, so there and slammed down the phone. Then it went to lunch time answerphone. Not helpful at all and probably not in the right job! Does not provide her name but I know who it isnt! The Dr (Church) has just got back to me however and so was very kind, considerate and attentive.

I have been with Rycote since we moved 6 years ago. The staff are very friendly and I have never struggled to get appointments for my children or myself when needed. I appreciate the staff working so hard and efficiently - particularly during demanding times.

I cant fault the Rycote practice in any way. Ive been with them for my family for 10 years now and the care theyve given to each of us is exemplary. Reception staff are polite and helpful. Im always called back or given appointments when needed. The doctor and nurses never make you feel rushed and seem to genuinely care about all aspects of your health and wellbeing. I feel very lucky when I hear what friends of mine experience in other counties.
