Iv taken a them to a small claims court to get a refund, charged twice for one night stay, customer service was useless, they know they took it, and won't refund me, its cost me 35 but worth every penny, and they pay the court cost.

People where being allowed to smoke in their rooms, we complained, to no avail, had to put a rolled towel to the bottom of the door and sleep with the window wide open. The corridor was like a tap room !!! Totally ignored by travelodge, avoid avoid Chaddesden, Derby,

spoke to one of your Live chat advisors(joke) tried to book a room last night. your online booking told me payment has not gone throu refer.d to payment page again. found out this morning it had gone throu it was your system. at fault. money gone from account. and no room now i have 150 stuck in limbo. and no room and your customer services couldn't give a. you've just lost a loyal customer of 5 years who used travelodge about 20 times a year for two nights a week.
