09/19: I cannot recommend Crendon highly enough! They are absolutely excellent. We commissioned them to build us a hybrid orangery. Half way through we liked their work so much that we also had them replace 9 windows and one bi-fold door; to match the orangery. They are tidy, on time, exercise attention to detail, are responsive, and ultimately care about their reputation and your satisfaction. Rain didn't stop them, none of the usual excuses to disappear from site early - just dogged hard work to stay within schedule. They took care of all the paperwork from start to finish, including planning and buildings inspections. They told us about all of the problems we may encounter regards foundations and allowed us to put a contingency aside, that was thankfully never required. Don't get me wrong, there were a couple of issues; we had a minor leak at the base of the windows and their plasterers' quality was not as high as the rest of the work, but they rapidly addressed concerns and fixed everything to complete satisfaction. The end result is a breathtaking space that has improved our lives. Edit: 21/06/22 - we are three years after the conservatory/orangery was built and it is still beautiful. It has suffered no leaks. It has not substantially moved (expansion/retraction due to heat or cold) meaning the plaster work still looks pristine. The only issue we had was a clip on the roof slightly lifted but Crendon came back no bother and replaced it. This extension is rock solid and still a beautiful addition to our house.

Very disappointed in their attitude to their guarantees. We purchased a house last August which had a conservatory already installed by this company in 2015.I was told twice that any guarantees on this conservatory are not to be honoured as they are not transferable. So beware,if you sell your house in the future your buyer will have a useless guarantee.

We commissioned Crendon's to build an extension to our semi-detached house with an Ultraframe roof and bifold doors. We couldn't be happier with the result, and everyone we dealt with at Crendon's were very friendly, accommodating and professional. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering similar building work.

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Crendon Conservatories. We had the whole house double glazed and a conservatory built in Origin Anthracite Aluminium. After going to a number of competitors, we realised out first choice seemed favourable, we liked the small showroom that was just enough to see what was on offer without feeling you were paying for the privilege of a big showroom and staff, Richard came out and took an interest in what we wanted specifically a bay window, as the previous one was a 1980s UPVC bow window, we wanted a big front window and ventilation, this was made bespoke for us and looks designer inspired. The whole installation was made using Origin materials, Anthracite Aluminium, with white inside, the overall effect looks quite stunning and contemporary. The front door is in the vault style and make quite an impression as you approach the property, we had some issues to overcome with internal doors the solution was bi folding doors, with internal blinds, Richards experience enabled him to come up with many solutions and options for us. I would like to give special mention to Trevor the installation technician who took on the project, with special note to his attention to detail and we were able to leave the property in his safe secure hands when we were not about, also Fiona the Office Manager for holding it all together during the difficult COVID-19 times as it must have been a challenge. Our house is now secure, warm, quiet and looks amazing, thanks to Richard and the team at Crendon Conservatories. Paul
