I've never met a ruder set of employees in all my life. You ask for what you want and they don't listen. They then start to throw your food items about the place. Then moan when they have got your food order wrong. There attitudes stink.

This Greggs has always been terrible for food, its cold no matter what you order and what time of day you go in and there is the smallest selection of cakes you have ever seen that never changes. And good luck trying to get a sandwich at any time of day, I think they must make 2 the whole day and let people fight over them. The only saving grace until now has been the breakfast, cheap and cheerful when you are in a rush and decent value. But now its a dry overcooked baguette that has shrunk to half the size despite the price going up, a watery hot chocolate until you get to the bottom and see a mound of unmixed powder which shows that it has been sat out and likely stale and past its use by date. Truly a let down and the worst Greggs in the area.
