Oracle Ear Care

I'll cut a long story short; I knew from the moment I spoke to the lovely receptionist that I had found the right place to have my ears taken care of, and that's what Matthew did. He took care of my ear cleaning in such a professional, friendly and informative way. I can say it was a pleasure to visit Oracle and will certainly be making annual appointments in the future. Excellent service from start to finish, very friendly and flexible. I had an ongoing issue with my ears following a build of wax which was causing a lot of discomfort. I managed to get a booking at short notice with Oracle Ear Care, who were super helpful and very organised. I visited on 06.04.23, very pleasant and professional staff. Matthew was an excellent audiologist and resolved my ear wax problem very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Oracle Ear Care!

Really friendly and lovely staff! Really put you at ease and the ethos of the environment / interior is very calming too. I have health anxiety but Sereta was so patient and helped calm me and it feels so good to have had treatment that has made so much difference! I really appreciate her expertise and lovely calm nature! Defo recommend!

had a problem with a blocked ear and was seen really quickly at a convenient time to suit me where I received excellent customer service and painless treatment to unblock my ear. Care was at the highest level throughout the whole process and thankfully I can hear again !!!! THANK YOU !!!!! I will be back in a years time for my check up.
