Fish (and mr.stretchy man) arrived in perfect condition, with instructions on acclimatisation and some free food, prompt delivery and great communication. 10/10 would buy again.

I've bought from Real Aquatics twice and both times were fantastic. The first time was when I bought plants for my aquarium, and they arrived quickly and in great condition, just as I'd hoped they would. The second time, I bought water treatments as well as live fish. The system to order live fish was excellent. They emailed asking about my preferred delivery date pretty much as soon as I placed my order, and once I'd replied, they confirmed with me just as quickly. The new additions to my aquarium arrived as I'd expected, and in great condition. The packaging was done very well and the heat pack they provided was still warm when I received it. The water treatments I had ordered arrived at a later date, which was expected. Royal Mail delivered the package torn open with an item missing. I contacted Real Aquatics and they replied quickly and sent out the missing item at no extra cost to me, even though the problem was with Royal Mail's handling of the package. I would 100% recommend Real Aquatics to anyone and everyone

Drove a long way to get to the store as it says open to public shopping. Sadly the stores are shut and not open to public with no indication anywhere that is the case. They do not answer the phone either so all I can say at this point I wasted a long journey for nothing due to false information online. Would not recommend

Ordered fish tank filter cartridges. My order got delivered in time and in good condition. Well done team Real Aquatics.
