        Got into a heated discussion with James as he failed to update me on an appointment he booked with me I called him several times on the day of the appointment to ask him when he will be arriving at my property..he had me waiting past my appointment time despite me taking and following all his instructions he gave me to consult with my neighbour about the tree cutting/ trimming..when he finally answered my calls 30mins after the appointment time he wasnt apologetic nor understanding of the time Ive spent waiting around and not knowing of his attendance..he in fact hung up and blocked my number (childish behaviour in my eyes for an professional businessman) when I mentioned I had taken time off work to accommodate this booking as I needed the work done at my property ASAP..therefore he is unreliable unresponsive and an unprofessional character who WILL waste your time!! So if you do choose to go with him good luck as Ive heard a lot of negative stuff about James from other professional tree cutting companies.
