A bleak and depressing train station. Some nice walks from it, though, which is why it gets 2* instead of 1.

As stations go, this one is pretty typical. Staff, if present, are generally attentive and helpful. Prices on regional rail services seem to be off the charts expensive, in my case 55 to get to Stratford, i.e. significantly more than 1 / mile. The train was late to Teynham and will likely not make up any time. I think it's pretty clear why someone would drive...
