        Booked via Servicing Stop. Cooke's didn't bother with the pre-collection phone that's supposed to happen, so didn't know the road I'm on requires a parking permit. Due to this, when they did arrive they refused to take the car, offering a recollection which I couldn't accept as my MOT would have expired (I'd already been rebooked from the previous week). When asked which company they driver was from, he gave completely false details. Only found out it was Cooke's due to the address given by Service Stop. Given their approach and deceitful answer when asked for details, I wouldn't recommend this garage. Reply to garage:. That's strange, I have confirmation emails from Servicing Stop with your address on it. Happy to provide you with a copy.
