The staff here could do with a basic grasp of good manners such as 'please' and 'thank you'

If Harry is putting prices up there will be a good reason. Delivery cost have gone up. Suppliers have had price increases due to higher wage bills and staff shortage. JOB DONE (?) needs to get in the real world and see how much prices have risen in the big stores. Not just 1 & 2 pence per item but 40p & 50p per item each week. If you have a problem tell Harry, then shop somewhere else and see their prices. Dont forget its a convince store not a discount store. He cant buy in bulk like Tescos.
