        I broke the quiver on my John Wilson Barbel Quiver approx 10 months after purchasing the same.I would like to thank Masterline Walker for great service as they sent me by return post a new section for my rod without any payment.What terrific service cannot fault them at all.         Had a Technical problem with a Rovex Airstrike 7000 and asked for help from the sales team. What a response I got, quick and decisive move on the part of customer service team. Instead of fobbing me off like a lot of manufactures, they acknowledged the small problem and, SENT ME A NEW REEL for my troubles! Now, That's customer service! Great reel, real great Service and product commitment! Thank You.
