Little gift shop and up some stairs to view old part of house, in which the Heritage Centre sits, to find uneven floor, old marbled walls and educational boards about Tewkesbury. Some interactive activities upstairs, which could appeal to children, including some based on the fact that the house used to be a hat shop. Also some leaflets and public unisex toilet. Free to visit. Donations appreciated.

Sadly this was still shut this morning and the staff member in the shop downstairs was remarkably unfriendly, just saying "it's shut - Covid". Odd and disappointing when so many other shops and attractions have found a way to open safely ...
