        Very quick to pick up machine and service when approached about a service. Failed to respond to text messages (previous communication method) and email when I had a question about the machine following the service. Not a company I will use again.

        Absolutely hopeless. Had sewing machine for almost one month, didn't even look at it in this time, let alone fix it. When contacted (on 3 occasions), requested to 'give me another couple of days', after third occasion machine was collected untouched.
