        never ever ever open even when it says it is and staff are rude

        Travelled to branch today as advertised as open on signage still displayed on the post office counters today as well as online. When I asked if it was opening I was told, 'no, I know it says online' I pointed out the sign on the glass that said it was open from 10am on Sunday and the chap muttered something about covid and not bring trained and just walked away leaving me standing there. Typical co-op, employing people with zero customer service skills.

        Web says opens at 8am, signs at post office counter says 8am. Co-op staff say they have post till that opens at 7am, go to kiosk and they say no they dont do postage because they cant operate the till. Post office opens at 9am.

        Like all monopolies, customer services is low on the priority list because there are no consequences. Its not as if we can go anywhere else to post something. Visited today with 7 people in front of me and 1 person serving. Get More Staff!! If you visit I suggest you bring sandwiches and a flask.
