Chicago Pizza

Ordered over a hour an half ago. Just called to ask as still not arrived. Then told order rejected even though money an order shown in both email and online bank. No call to let us know an know no food. Been a regular customer, not anymore.

Awful food- garlic bread and chips soggy, nuggets tasted horrible, pizza just about edible! They rang to say couldn't find us, when they did they charged us 5 delivery on the door! Didn't call to tell us or mention it when they called, made poor delivery driver ask for it! Yes we on a caravan site but only 13 mins away! If I had known 5 delivery I would have collected!

I was expecting a normal pizza that one gets in any High Street and was very pleasantly surprised with the very high quality and great service

Wanted to give it 4 stars as it was expensive and it wasnt as big I was hoping but my god it was so tasty it deserved a 5 star. Base was fluffy and crusts were chewy which I like. Not at all greasy and the stuffed crust was one of the best Ive had. Dont buy from dominoes get from here! Ive eaten a lot of pizza and this one is definitely up there. They also delivered earlier than just eat said which isnt bad for a Friday night!

Very poor service. Order at 1710 and the website says 45-60 mins for delivery.... It's now 1855 and still no pizza despite calling at the 60min mark and 90 min point.... Edit - food arrived at 1904 missing the side orders that were part of the meal deal. No offer of any compensation at all. Edit. After calling and complaining the member of staff putting the phone down on me. I also received a phone call asking what I had ordered as their ticket was blank after ordering one of the meal deal options.... Not going to be using them again. Which is a shame as I'd prefer to use local shops rather than national chains.
