Smart Fones

Not a good experience when I went in a week or so ago, was sold a load of rubbish, cheap not suitable for purpose stuff. Especially the phone case they put on my new phone, the case is for a different phone, it is so bad the buttons on side of the phone I can't press with the case on, and it also has holes in the case where there is nothing on the phone. I asked them for a phone charger also and the one they sold me which wasn't cheap is a very cheaply made product it doesn't even charge the phone faster than the phone can consume the charge. This is almost like a market stool of people trying their luck with cheap product, I certainly wouldn't take your phone there for technical reasons. You've been warned

We took our son's phone in for a screen replacement and had to return at least 3 times as it developed sound problems and further screen problems. The boy in the shop looked at it each time and managed to temporarily fix it. They took the phone from.me and apparently it was sent to a "technician" in Birmingham who rang from a withheld number, stating that it is now the motherboard that needs repairing and they can sort this for a further 80!!!!!! This was just meant to be a screen replacement. When I returned to collect the phone there was no technician report, just a totally different member of staff with limited english and a big grin on his face stating he could not help me. I will be contacting trading standards for advice. Beware!
