        Ive been using Two Rivers for a few years now. I first started after carrying my son and I had spd throughout pregnancy, I now go for monthly maintenance and I absolutely love them here. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

        After suffering for a whole week, popping all sort of pain killers a friend connected me with Katie from Two Rivers Osteopathy. It was a Saturday morning, and she promptly organised a Zoom appointment for that morning. Her approach was warm and made me feel comfortable immediately which is strange given we had never met, were on Zoom and shes hundreds of miles from me! After talking through my back pain issues, Katie suggested a solution and followed up later that day (her weekend!) with a comprehensive plan to aid my recovery. Its been almost week and Ive not had to take any pain killers and feel almost normal again.
