        Excellent scooter (exceeded expectations) and wonderful customer support. My first scooter had a malfunction and MH replaced it immediately. The scooter was accepted on buses and trains, and generally speaking the public transportation people were very supportive. I would have been largely housebound if not for this scooter and the support staff. Special thanks to Vanessa, whose cheery voice and positive attitude was a bright spot in our day.
