        This care agency doesnt listen to its live in Carers . They take their clients side no matter what. Their Live in Carer reports. They evict care staff from their clients property and throw them out onto the street ! Even though the Carers have done Nothing wrong. The Manageress will not offer emotional support and dismisses all requests for it. More interested in losing clients money than listening to their Live in Care Staff. They breach contract law and still owe me money and on top of it all they Slandered me on the phone and They are now going to be Sued in court for all the emotional destress caused as well as Breach of Contract. People need to know the truth, this is Fact as I experienced it and is my Opinion as I am entitled to Express

        I was a carer with Vanguard for almost 30 years until I retired this Summer. They and I shared a wonderful working relationship through and it was a privelage to be able to meet so many wonderful clients and their families, friends and staff.         I have worked for 9 years and have loved every minute of it. This is a great team we support each other in whatever way we can. The office is only a call away and available 24/7. 365 days of the year. They listen to every problem I may have and sort it out ASAP. I have met some wonderful client with amazing stories to tell .The clients are from all walks of life and each one of them are a pleasure to be with. I would recommend this agent to anyone who is a good person who loved home life and love to spend time with elderly or people in need of some support at home. You get to see most of the UK and the travel has opened my eyes to how beautiful Britain is . I hope to stay in this job for many many more years. Keep up the amazing work you are doing Vanguard it's a pleasure to work with you
