        The medical waiting room is rather dull; it has no windows or pictures on the wall.The purple paint is dull and depressing. In short the room should be brightened up!!

        Night and day different to the other unit I was transferred from. Kind, caring, engaged staff who actually try to help and understand and *listen*. Getting futher in the last year with them than I did four years at my prior unit. Highly praised, amazing people, thank you.
