        I came here five years ago with lower back pain which I'd had for a few years prior. Within a few sessions the pain was gone and I've been able to do things I wouldn't have been able to do before. This last week I woke up with terrible neck pain - As we're on lockdown Aiden couldn't see me in person, but he gave me some advice and exercises over video chat which should help alleviate the pain. A very good and helpful chiropractor and I can definitely recommend!

        After suffering from severe upper back pain my doctor recommended Back In Action for treatment and attention. I was able to get an appointment within a week and had a very thorough consultation and examination which allayed my fears of a serious problem. After 2 massages to help and resolve what turned out to be muscular issues, I am now almost pain free and feeling much happier. Thank you Alison and Aidan, I will recommend you to anyone I can. Anne
