R-tech have dispatched my order very quickly. The ordering process was easy. However like so many companies these days are asking for feedback before Ive received the goods. Ask me for feedback in about 4 weeks after Ive had time to evaluate the whole process of ordering, packaging, quality of good provided. One other thing Id like to see for small non urgent orders. Cheaper postage for small items.

Fantastic company to deal with, great equipment, great value, great service. I have a MIG180 of theirs, after 2 1/2 years I phoned up to ask what a brass connection part was on the gas hose so I could buy another one, and came away with a free spare part on its way, and a new complete hose (which I paid for) - delivery time? - Next day! (Thanks Ben) The welder itself has run perfectly on mild steel from 2mm - 10mm+

I.m just a guy who likes to try things them selves. After my cheap welder broke and I did load overtime I started looking . I wanted a welder to do mild steel and stainless and R Tech 180 kept coming up. Watched a few videos on line and took the plunge over 700 a bit more with there new mask and wire . It's been sat in garage for about 12 weeks and uses it today just to have a play . Wow it was so easy to set up no feeding issues with wire like on some other models. Within 3min my welding was really good. I.m self tought and any beginner after watching some videos would be proud . 10/10 for R Tech and there 180 model

The products are good but you're prices for mailing are extortionate. There should be an option for second class post if the buyer is in no hurry for the product. 7.50 for 2 very small items is ridiculous.
