Swift Removals & Storage

I found the entire team efficient, friendly and helpful. Telephone calls to make monthly storage payments were answered swiftly and payment was easy. I moved to a flat on the second floor with no lift so transferring my belongings was a challenge but the guys were lovely and did a great job. I could not ask for more.

Arrived on the day as arranged. In fact ,they were 10 minutes early. Swift removals came a few days before to collect our sofa,as we had to have a window pane removed,to get it out. Arrived to do that as promised on time . A phone call to Jeremy, and he was able to track their whereabouts on the sofa collection day. They were all very jolly workers ,and very courteous with my family. They were speedy and hardworking and nothing appeared too much trouble. The complimented us on our packing -Youve done a good job they said . I was impressed how they simply lifted our front door off its hinges and put it safe ,to make it easier and cause less problems removing furniture. On arrival at our new house with new carpets ,they put protective covers down,so not to dirty them.They used protective covers for the sofa. A few weeks beforehand they delivered some flat packed boxes in preparation for our big day. It took 4 men approximately 2 1/2 hours to empty our three bedroom house including garden and shed contents .Our solicitor was very impressed with how fast it all went,very SWIFT living up to the name-I would recommend the company,they certainly helped alleviate the stress on the day. If there was anything to grumble about,it would be the boxes supplied had seen better days,and the packing tape supplied was low cheap quality,other than that all good:)

I would like to thank my removal team Gareth, Junior and Alex for doing a superb job moving us out into thr country! Two vans, were all packed and ready in what I can only say as record time by 11.30! They navigated the very tight access at the new house and even gave the "B team" a hand to finish off moving out! Everything has arrived safe and sound, and I could not ask for more polite and cheerful lads to make a busy day stress free. Thanks guys for all your help xx Sharon & Sean
