        Call handlers are very blunt and have an attitude over the phone. I am always polite over the phone, by the end of my call I feel like my problem hasnt been taken seriously and nothing has been resolved. Speak to people how you wish to be spoken to, its not hard!

        40min waiting on the phone to tell you go to pharmacy. Amazing... for what I am paying you every year so much money, if you can't give me one appointment to someone see me and help me?

        Have been trying to order a repeat prescription online but won't submit. Has been happening for a while now. Shame Still a great surgery though

        I just want to say been over 1yrs 1/2 in tewkesbury and use this doctor surgery. All I can say all staffs are Wonderfull. used today and got a great service from a lovely call layley i think so always very professional and friendly too

        Absolutley the beat practice I've ever dealt with. The most friendliest staff, doctors and always made an effort to help. I've had a couple of serious health issues the last few years and they have done everything to help. Noone could ever ask for a better service. I'm so grateful and owe them so much. Thank you.
