        Nice selection of cards for all occasions, chocolates and gifts, reasonably priced takes cards or cash.

        My children went into this shop and purchased an item. Upon returning to me 5 minutes later I said they should not have bought this item and return it for a refund. They went back and were refused a refund (a teddy bear 3.99) and instead were given the option to choose something else - they grabbed something else (also not of any use to them) and were given a credit note for 50p. All of this instead of providing a refund for 3.99 on an item that was returned within 10 minutes of purchase. The shop assistant said on the phone "its their policy" well it may be but it will cost more than the 3.99 sale when we do not buy any cards or gifts there in future.
