Pavilion Broadway

Terrible experience. Having had 3 dining tables delivered over a period of a month - all smashed and broken we eventually received one which was not broken. Second time using the wood table I slid a serving tray across it and its scratched the veneer off. Company arent interested whatsoever and said they recommend covering the table - though it doesnt state this in the advert. You dont buy a patterned table to cover it! The table is not fit for purpose. Its a shame, I have 4 further rooms to fully furnish but I wont be using Pavilion Broadway.

Very poor customer service when contacted them regarding marks in brand new sofa and poor cushions!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I ordered a mirror over a month ago and it has still not arrived. I have no clarity from the company as to when it will arrive despite multiple calls and emails.

Recently bought 10 beautiful upholstered dining chairs. Spectacular, very well presented and stocked showrooms with lots of parking (handily placed for visit to Tewkesbury too!). The customer service was informed, attentive and convincing, but not intrusive. Updates regarding shipment dates were accurate. The delivery process communication by email with tracking was excellent and the delivery team arrived within the tight time slot despite holiday traffic. A slight hiccup over unpacking the furniture and taking away the packaging was remedied instantly on telephoning the store and the in-house delivery team were very accommodating. So a big thank-you to Pavilion Broadway and the whole team. Highly recommended!
