Excellent product and fantastic service from the team at Aston Installations. I purchased a full upgrade kit (CarPlay, screen, front and reverse cameras) for my 2005 DB9. I live abroad and the communication was excellent, shipping faster than anything I have experienced from anyone else and the advice on qualified local installers was critical. The net result is to have lifted my mid 2000's car to being as usable and current on technology as a 2-3 year old car and in a way that looks almost entirely stock or is at least very discrete. Thank you so much James and Amy in particular for your help and the whole team for such an excellent product set.

Sorry to post this review but my experience has not been good. I ordered the Carplay installation kit from Sydney for my Rapide S. The initial communication was excellent and the kit arrived promptly. When I got it installed, it did not come with complete instructions, which led to delays due to back and forth emails, ending up costing me a lot more. After the install, i noticed a flicker and flat colours on the screen. I sent multiple emails to Aston installs with no response. After a couple of weeks, i received one response asking me to return the kit for a refund and no other solutions. I have sent them a few emails since as I'm not interested in returning the kit, i have already spent a lot of time and money getting it installed. I offered to pay extra for a new screen, if that's the issue, but there has been radio silence for over 2 months now. I'm taking the car to the Aston Martin dealer in Sydney next week to see if they can offer any solutions. As i mentioned, the initial communication was good but then when they've taken the funds, there was no communication. Especially when they did not provide proper installation instructions with the kit. It is a very expensive kit, and although i understand it's a family run business, you would expect better service. I'm very disappointed.

The team at Aston Installations were a delight. Everyone is welcoming, happy to help and to answer questions. I had the full house installed in my Vantage which has enhanced it greatly, they also installed my own boot struts and answered some silly questions from a new owner without making me feel like an idiot! Definitely a six star experience.

Went to pick up a Bovee interface for my just picked up Aston Martin, and a demo of the Car Play system and all the staff were brilliant and so friendly. They carry out all manner of work and will certainly be returning when I needed. Thanks guys
