        Easy to use platform and a swift response to a query from the help desk make this an idea survey tool. The ability to cancel the subscription when no longer needed is very appealing.

        SmartSurvey has been an incredible tool for me as a student conducting research. The website is very easy to use, and the final product that comes is extremely high quality for the participants taking the survey. The FAQ section covers an array of questions but there is also a ticket service in which members of SmartSurvey reply and help you fix your problem, something I have availed of many times. The student rate that SmartSurvey offers enabled me to use this platform originally and the services available are worth the subscription for a student especially but for anyone conducting research. I was able to change every pre-recorded message, such as, 'next page' 'enter email' etc into a different language which was an excellent feature for my research. SmartSurvey has had an answer for all of my problems and I will continue to use it for any other research I do in years to come!
