        Id like to say that I chased a delivery this morning with Matara for a rail that we are waiting for I spoke to Nikki who was very helpful , polite and prefessional on the telephone. Within ten minutes of speaking to her she had Emailed me an update which I was able to pass onto to our customer, as he is chasing me for this product. No fault of Mataras it was a mix up at FED Ex. thanks again Nikki.
