Back in 2016 I had the most horrendous experience with DHB Goldsmiths and would highly recommend searching elsewhere for assistance. At first they seemed lovely and understanding of what I wanted, but after a number of returns of the product (my grandmothers rings which I was having combined) - they took my money and left me with a ring that didn't fit and wasn't what I had commissioned them to do. I will not be venturing away from my normal family jeweller ever again, and will be making sure that people are aware of how horrendously DHB Goldsmiths are prepared to treat their customers once they have their money. The pure fact that I am leaving this review so many years later shows how deeply their poor experience has affected me. I have not been able to afford to get the ring put right elsewhere and so have my grandmothers jewellery locked back in a safe until I can afford to re commission someone else to right Jerrys wrongs.
