        Spend more time drinking coffee in the carpark than they do dealing with issues. Plus rent hikes are obscene.

        Very low standards of work. Very difficult to deal with. Not a helpfully company. Avoid if you can. I have a new build house. Ever snag is like your in for a argument. Whoever does there inspections I'm sure doesn't actually leave his car.

        No other option for people needing social housing in my area. They seem to have no sense of urgency or feelings for people who are likely stressed and desperate for somewhere to live. Communication is very poor, and the whole system moves at a snails pace. If you can get them to answer emails promptly or to do what they say they will do - good luck!

        Repair Man was fantastic, explained everything very friendly which my dad appreciated as he's elderly only problem was trying to get through as the line cut out but they dealt with us quickly once we got through again
