        Attend the box this morning as a drop-in and had a fantastic experience. Coach Luke and the members made me feel welcome, and I immediately felt part of the team. Excellent coaching through movements before a cracking workout. Cannot wait to return when I'm next in the area.

        Brilliant opening hours. Great facilities, lovely staff, not mentioning free coffee as the main attraction of morning classes.

        The coaching staff is top-notch, great community, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and motivating. The programming is always challenging and varied, so I never get bored. I would highly recommend FlowState to anyone looking for palce to train Crossfit, meet people and make some friends whilst getting fit.

        I was really apprehensive when I joined FlowState - I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up or even complete half of the classes. But I couldn't have been more wrong and there is an option for every ability which means fitness experts and newbies comfortably train side by side and are nothing nut supportive of each other. Joining has made a real difference to my physical and mental health and I would recommend it to everyone. The whole community is brilliant.
