Dont use the other side of the business which is his wife who is the Celebrant and does memorial stones as a side business. She has just done the dirty on me/us, saying we were taking too long to decide on which one we wanted??? And told us to go elsewhere, which we have.(else memorials ) How the hell can someone be in a business like this and treat people like that with no empathy or compassion after you have lost a family member?? Disgusting. The funeral side of the business is the best, they do a wonderful job.

Sweet & Sons were the undertakers for a family funeral. Andrew came to us on the night of the passing and was most empathetic and careful. He explained what he would do clearly and was very compassionate in all his interactions with us. He gave us clear advice and recommendations for how to manage different aspects of the funeral and post-death administration. We were most grateful for the thoroughly professional, careful and conscientious approach throughout the process leading up to, during and after the funeral. Andrew took all of the pressure and stress about the funeral away at a very difficult time for the family and allowed us the space to focus on our own grief. Very highly recommended and grateful for the service from B Sweet & Sons.

B Sweet & Sons arranged my mother in laws funeral in a very professional, but helpful & compassionate way. The funeral they put together for us was absolutely perfect in tricky family circumstances. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Outstanding from start to the End. Sweets are a very professional company Bent over backwards to help us with my Step Fathers Funeral. Beautiful touch when The Hearse was coming to the House and Andrew got out of the car to walk in front of Hearse. Very Friendly company. Sweets and Sons have dealt with all my Family Funerals for many years. Wouldn't go with any other company. Highly recommended.
