        Gets a phone call from church street practice about having a medication review. Told them I'm free to do it to be told they can't do it there and then I have to make an appointment . To make said appointment I need to go on their website to make it. ABSOLUTELY USELESS as can't book online. Also tried on the system online AND airmid apps. No joy, also I'm waiting for appointments to be rescheduled what were made BEFORE COVID yes in 2020.

        It seems wanting to know what the lump growing on my daughters skull is to much to ask of the doctors here. So good at just passing you off month to month. Should be ashamed of the way they operate at the moment. One doctor specifically I would not trust with my dog, never mind anyone's child

        Small town middle class attitude for a sleepy small town... The GP's version of the 'County Solicitors' who would rather write wills and admin house sales then anything else. Great if you need your blood pressure taken or have a 'twinge' in your knee. Anything serious or urgent? go somewhere else - not that you can of course... Reception staff have taken their approach to the public and admin from some Soviet local official training manual from about 1952 as a template. You will need a phone and you will need the Internet, so if you're of an age or cutting your cloth financially and you don't have these services...never mind. Catch 22 and Kafka rolled into to numerous 15 minute episodes! Just observe and enjoy it, might make you smile the next day.
