Recently attended for a routine check up with Agnes who told me I needed a filling. I returned a week later for this and was very impressed with the service. Useful to have received an appointment reminder.

Receptionists under pressure and doing the best they can , repeatedly telling patients they had 7 dentists but now only 3. Cant book an appointment until October. For weeks I have tried to get an appointment for pain in tooth , told to ring and go on list but no one called me back . Eventually two weeks later I managed to get emergency appointment, have an infection and need root canal treatment or tooth taking out. Was given a dressing to relieve pain and asked for antibiotics and told I dont need them . Two days later the pain is worse so same again , I go back to dentist , told they cant treat me until at least September as my dentist on maternity leave. I ask if any other dentist can treat me and I was unaware I have an allocated dentist. I was told no one can treat me and I should go private to sort the root canal out . Then I was billed again just for a prescription. I challenged this as I had asked for a prescription before, lady dentist said I had no swelling before although she was not the one treating me . I tried to explain I had infection and they knew this as it was pointed out on x ray and I said I would like to speak to manager. This is the first time in my life I have made a complaint . I was made to feel a nuisance , the dental assistant stressed they will be working late when they initially treated me because I turned up for my appointment only to be told it was cancelled . Whole experience was poor, sloppy communication, poor bedside manner from the dentist . Imogen was the only dentist who was professional and who I had confidence in. Really hope no one else has same experience as I have had and hope the manager/ owner addresses these complaints to promote a better service for anyone needing relief from dental pain or any other treatment . Advise anyone to ring on the day to make sure they havnt cancelled your appointment as they did with me a few times and I know other people have complained this has happened to them too. Scary thing is if tooth infection spreads as mine has it can become quite serious resulting in sepsis . Thought dentists were supposed to treat us not cause harm .

Terrible service, called to book my son for an appointment to be told they had removed him from their system. They had the incorrect number on the computer and never thought to write. they request on recorded phone line and web site to book an appointment onlinethis is never working. They are closed during 1-2 so Im unable to verbally book with them. So how exactly do they expect anyone to contact them. Now left with severe pain and unable to find anyone to take him on as a new patient. There was a no patient care.because they dont.

Fantastic treatment today. Needed an emergency appointment and was fitted in with the help from the wonderful receptionists. Thank you all.

No problems,friendly staff. teeth sorted,and next appointments made to your liking Will inform you by text near your appointment.
