        I can't contact anyone at all - phone line doesn't ring, emails not answered, chat line (told wait 5 minutes) currently at one hour. Only part of an order has arrived with no explanation about the rest (all money taken from bank account though) Next I shall try smoke signals!!!! Updated from 1 to 4 stars as money refunded and communicated via email. Had to reorder everything as most of original order not delivered (Evri ) first order arrived Christmas Eve (they were going to be gifts!) hence trying to talk to someone .
