Shoddy plastic door handle broke. Can't get spares. Called manufacturer and endless dialogue menus. If you miss anything rhe first time they hang up. Avoid like the plague.

Waited a month for a replacement fridge freezer. New 1 came damaged door and the shelf wedged in wrong so I can't get it out. Called them to get help and basically told there is nothing wrong to call someone else. It would be 0 if I could do it.

Spares for my fridge freezer ordered Friday. Arrived 1st thing Monday. Kelly was very helpful and couldnt do enough.

We purchased a new cooker from Currys made by this manufacturer Within a few months we experienced problems with the appliance namely a heat guard inside the top oven for the grill came off also at the bottom of the front of the cooker the white panel started to go rusty I contacted Currys and they automatically transferred me to the Montpelier warranty department I was shocked to be told by the operative that unless it was an electrical problem or a gas leak the rest of the cooker was not covered by warranty which I found unbelievable I contacted the company directly and the lady on the phone instructed me to send photographs of the said problem It is almost 6 months since I did this and I have had no reply or response from Montpelier My advice is to never purchase from this company the products are shoddy poorly made second-rate goods with virtually no warranty offered I should have gone to trading standards now I feel I just want to scrap this shoddy appliance and buy a quality product like I should have done originally I am now going to put this in the hands of trading standards this company needs to be sorted
